Return Eligibility

Because our products (crystals, stones, spiritual items) are natural and unique, slight variations in color, shape, size, or texture are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or energized crystals
  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Used or damaged products
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos & unboxing video of the product
